Fish and Wildlife Seed grants are for proponents who need to do some planning and preliminary work before submitting a New full proposal. Proponents may request a maximum of $5,000 to help fill information gaps, explore project feasibility, identify project partners, and prepare technical information to develop a full proposal idea. Seed funding is not intended to be used for small, stand-alone projects. Seed grant activities are meant to culminate in the submission of a full HCTF proposal (ideally within two years).
